Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been exclusively engaged to drive the search for someone senior to drive Digital HR transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the HR Transformation lead based in Singapore, you will be the interlock between HR Business, Technology partners and external vendors.
As the lead, you will work closely with HR Business users on HR Process Optimization and Efficiency through technology.
You will be responsible for leading the full life cycle of HR technology projects, eg. support system fixes and enhancements to digital platforms (Workday)
As the Team lead, you will also be responsible for managing portfolio of projects and developing a digital project portfolio and roll-out plans
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
10-15 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
(a) Understanding HR systems. Eg. Wokday, SucessFactor, SAP HCM.
(b) Experienced in Data and Reporting.
(c) Strong understanding in project life cycle and technology development module.
