Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting a Reputable Life Insurer to source for an Advisory Competency Senior Officer. Reporting Section Lead, the incumbent will conduct agency reviews and trend analysis to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be tasked to train new and existing Sales Representatives on the use of Fact Finder and Sales system. You will review the quality of Fact Finder and Recommendations, and ensure that their fact finder document are in compliance with company standards.
You will take ownership in monitoring competency standards required of supervisors and representatives to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry guidelines.
You will be responsible in engaging and coaching supervisors of Sales Representatives in areas of sales activity, quality of sales / sales management, and training needs as and when required
As a compliance specialist you will take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should
Possess a degree with 1-3 years of experience in Compliance/ Audit within a Financial Institution.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Meticulous, professional, able to work well independently and as a team
