Xuan Kwok

Xuan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing in 2014, and embarked on her recruitment career since then. For the past 7 years, she has specialised within the Financial Services sector, placing both permanent and contract professionals across a range of functions.

Xuan is a strong believer of going the extra mile; a working style that has allowed her to build excellent working relationships with both her candidates and clients. She has a proven track record of exceeding her sales targets, having been awarded multiple awards and the accolade of being top sales performer on numerous occasions throughout her career. 

Xuan joins Charterhouse as a Principal Consultant within the Banking and Financial Services Team, with a focus on Corporate Governance – primarily across the Risk, Compliance and Audit disciplines. 

Outside of work, Xuan enjoys her yoga and barre classes. She also loves travelling with her family.
