Job description

My client, a leading bank, is currently looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Lead to join the regional team. Successful candidate will hold the business development and affiliate strategy that drives digital sales volumes goals for various product lines.


  • Identifying opportunities to scale the affiliates program through automation
  • Proactively grow and manage your sales pipeline
  • Constantly monitoring, research, and report findings on market developments
  • Working closely with acquisition teams and product owners to deliver partnership and affiliate strategy
  • Identifying and segmenting business opportunities with partners in the region
  • Actively seek new partners to help establish synergies around driving new acquisitions


  • Degree qualified with minimum 8 years’ of experience in omni-channel digital sales and/or partnership management 
  • Demonstrated skills in specialized affiliate and partnership marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the online and paid media space
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
