Fiona Tan

Fiona joined Charterhouse, when it started out in Singapore, in August 2006 as an Administrator and due to her stellar performance, she was quickly promoted to Office Manager within a few months.

She comes with a rich 7 years of experience in office administration and also has experience working in an event management company as a presentation/events coordinator for 5 years, managing and running several corporate events. She was able to multi-task brilliantly and has the ability to manage high-priority assignments in order to develop solutions for challenging business issues.

In July 2013, Fiona made the switch to the research function, solely supporting the SVP on Sales & Marketing and Digital & Analytics recruitment. Since then, she has more than 9 years of professional search and recruitment experience in Southeast Asia covering Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital, Data Science & Analytics functions across industries such as Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, Payments, FinTech, Internet/eCommerce, Information Technology & Services, Travel/Hospitality and Professional Services.

Work aside, Fiona is an avid movie fanatic and enjoys a cup of coffee or a glass of whiskey anytime.
