We are working with a leading firm in Singapore and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a Application Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
To provide WMS Support, Track and troubleshoot WMS issues
Maintain MHS Servers
Data extraction from WMS for reporting needs.
Develop procedures for all Automatic System Monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery and Backup Systems.
Responsible for System Management Tools, Cybersecurity Policy, IT Compliance & Hardening and IT audit supports.
Requirements
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 3 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Strong knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Automation background, Transport Management System (TMS)
Experience in handling software application projects
