Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a Murex Functional and Technical Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be working closely with other support team to ensure that they provide timely and effective support to users.

You will need to ensure that all issues are managed and escalated if needed.

As the Subject Matter Expert for Murex, you are responsible for creating and provide Murex environment and participate in any infrastructure related upgrade.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5 years of relevant experience

  • MUST HAVE:

    1. Strong knowledge in MUREX and MXML Workflow, Datamart, Feeder, and EOD reporting

    2. Experienced in technical platform and programming languages – Unix, Oracle, Sybase, C++, and Scripting

    3. Strong Knowledge in ITIL Methodology
