An American Manufacturer with a strong presence in the APAC Region is looking for a Business Analyst to take charge of Salesforce projects across the globe. The candidate will have to implement and rollout Salesforce for the organization.
Job description
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
-
Partnering with project stakeholders across the business by analysing requirements to formulate business needs and translate those into application functionality

Working with business counterparts to develop training plans, materials and documentation for system users while keeping materials up-to-date and coordinating new user and on-going training sessions

Preparing required analytical reports/dashboards to support the user teams

Assisting users with report design and management

Participating in the implementation and support of additional marketing and sales related systems including eMarketing automation, Business Intelligence and other applications to support Commercial Systems initiatives

Representing both the global vision of the platform along with the localized needs of countries and regionsYears of experience (MIN to MAX)

As a successful applicant, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM with experience in data integration. You should have worked with SFDC Data Loader, Demand Tools and MS Office.
