Job description
Business Controller / Division Controller with a Consumer Goods MNC (Short notice or Immediate Availability highly preferred)
Reporting directly into the Regional CFO and directly managing a Financial Analyst, this Business Controller / Division Controller will be fully accountable for the Regional APAC division financial matters, including being a trusted advisor to the Sales & Marketing leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling of sales projects with margin calculations (pre- and post-calculations): Markets, Customers, Products
- Support in development of pricing strategies / price lists, monitoring of price increase implementation
- APAC Sales management and marketing management for questions on operational marketing and sales controlling
- Ensure the budgeting process for the business and APAC region
- Sales Planning (Yearly, Midterm) & Investment CAPEX Planning
- Planning of the Marketing Spending in close cooperation with APAC Marketing
- Follow-up of the business plans / mid-term-planning
- Identification of risk, monitoring compliance, early warning system, observance with compliance)
- Supervise implementation of group accounting and controlling guidelines
- Controlling support in the implementation and optimization of ERP IT Systems (& Reporting)
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant or Degree in Accountancy
- 7 - 10 years of relevant regional financial analysis, business analysis and accounting / tax experience
- ERP systems highly preferred (SAP)
- Prior experience in operational Finance (Planning & Analysis), Marketing and Sales controlling is required
- Direct people management experience required
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Track record in improving financial planning/reporting activities & being a trusted financial business partner to the regional Sales & Marketing leadership team
- Short notice or Immediate Availability highly preferred
