Claire is a Regional SEA search consultant and people manager with broad experience at an international search firm prior to joining Charterhouse. She graduated with a Bachelor in Business Management and specializes in recruiting for Finance & Accounting professionals across levels and the commercial industries – both on a permanent and contractual / interim basis. With an established network of contacts within the commercial industries, Claire has successfully placed Middle to Senior Director/C-suite leadership positions in the region.

With a firm belief in the need to talent pipeline, Claire engages a thorough and personalized approach towards proactively mapping of talent in the market for her clients. She has a proven track record in assisting numerous clients with setting up, reinvigorating and/or upskilling of their Finance teams. An extremely high percentage of her placements have effectively proven to be top notch hires and have been developed to assume senior leadership positions in their time with the placed companies.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys travelling, karaoke and savoring delicious food recommendations.
