Job description
Exciting opportunity to join a bank as a Chief Information Security Officer for the APAC region.
This role is based in Singapore, kindly note that only candidates currently working in Singapore will be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take ownership of the Information Security function in Singapore and the region.
Work closely with the relevant stakeholder to define and implement the strategy for the team.
Manage risks to ensure the company is protected at an adequate level and enforce IT security standards.
Contribute to the management of security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Monitor employee and IT developers’ awareness program about information system security issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Experience working in financial institutions are strong understanding of relevant regulations at a regional level.
Leadership experience is a must.
