Content Strategist (Associate Director)

Job description

Our client is a leading private bank and due to expansion, they are looking for a Content Strategist to join them. As a Content Strategist, your role is to create and produce content to meet with the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Understands all aspects of content strategy, from research, analysis and strategic planning to the ongoing creation, optimisation, and governance of content
• Create and produce content and ensuring quality and optimisation across all channels
• Provides support, advice and creative thinking regarding content and campaigns
• Understands and craft client journeys that lead to a best-in-class user experience
• Establish key metrics and build user dashboards to track various data points surrounding content
• Build new content streams and identify new media formats where targeted audience are present

Requirements

• Degree qualified with at least 8 or more years in crafting content, writing or editing in English across different channels
• Previous experience in crafting content for digital marketing initiatives
• Have knowledge of Adobe or Google Analytics, with certification preferred
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
