Job description
Responsibilities:
- Support organizational planning, development and implementation activities
- Lead and supervise the implementation of key events
- Manage all aspects of marketing communications including events organization, planning, logistics, corporate branding and identity
- Oversee production of internal publications
- Handles incoming feedback via QSM hotline and emails
- Facilitate resolution of issues/feedback raised after liaising with the appropriate stakeholders for necessary information
- Manage patient satisfaction update and vendor selection
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of experience
- Experienced in handling customer / patient feedback
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
