Job description
Reporting to Head of Innovation, the Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for all customer engagement at the innovation center. Successful candidate will ensure all guided visits and workshops are delivered professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Building customer innovation workshop line up by analysing and reviewing account plans
- Preparing and delivering workshops by understanding customer needs and customisation of workshop agenda accordingly
- Keeping up-to-date with regards to innovation management methodologies to improve and extend portfolio of workshops
- Accountable for pipeline for innovation workshops and guided tours
- Reviewing and improving on customer experience for innovation workshops and guided tours
- Acting as an advisor to customers, customisation services and offerings to the needs of customers
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 6 to 8 years experience in customer engagement through executive briefings and workshops
- Good project management skills are required
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Thinking out of the box, striving to create new value and high performance
