Job description
A leading consumer services company is looking to expand their team. Reporting to Director, the Digital Project Manager is accountable for delivery of all internal design commitments to Business Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first line of user experience consulting and recommendations
- Managing design team's project pipeline and resources, developing design project plans and timelines according to business needs
- Staying up to date and driving adoption of the latest digital techniques and approaches
- Understanding and clarifying business requirements on behalf of design team
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across the company to contribute and shape the strategic roadmap
- Working closely with legal, finance and procurement teams for planning, contracting and budgeting
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in project coordination/management
- Self-starter who is adept at responding quickly and thoughfully
- Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
- Passionate with appreciation of user experience design
