Director Internal Communications

Job description

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Internal Communications Director to join them. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement, promote company culture, and support business objectives. This position will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure all internal communication efforts are aligned with the organization's values, vision, and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with the organization's values, vision, and goals.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify key messages, ensure alignment and consistency across all internal communication channels.

• Manage and oversee the creation and dissemination of internal communications content across various channels, including email, intranet, video, and other mediums.

• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, provide regular reporting to senior leadership and adjust strategies as needed.

• Develop and manage internal communication policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.

• Experience in banking or financial services industry would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
