Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for an End User Workplace
You will be working closely with other support team to ensure that they provide timely and effective support to users.
You also be responsible in the development of digital workspace and desktop engineering
You will be partnering closely with various team to ensure alignment of processes, standards, strategies and roadmap.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 5 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Experienced End User Technology Services including Virtual Desktop Delivery Services, Email, File, Print, Instant Messaging, Unified Communications Tools and Mobile Device Management
Strong Knowledge on Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Active Directory Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
Strong Knowledge in ID authentication architecture
