​Finance FP&A Business Partner role with an Innovative High Growth MNC at the Corporate HQ

With a continued clear mandate to drive new market opportunities; our client is looking to hire a dynamic, go-getting Finance FP&A Business Partner.

The ideal profile should have proven depth of FP&A business partnering, with a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, customer behaviour and business dynamics to optimize the value levers of the business, to influence and advise management on strategies to meet agreed bottom-line and top-line targets.

Building and maintaining effective relationships with key senior stakeholders to provide front line finance support, acting as trusted advisor and as first port of call with the delivery of the day-to-day finance activities, will be required.

Supporting the Finance Director with investment advisory and investment analytical needs as the finance lead for transformation and growth projects; will be a key mandate for this role. These include business development, financial modelling, valuation, investment deal evaluation, new market / business expansion etc.

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant FP&A business partnering expertise

• Experience with investment advisory, investment analysis and market/business expansion will be required

• Effective communicator with ability to gain the confidence of various internal and external parties building on strong knowledge and understanding of the business drivers, value and risk

• Possess a strong level of executive presence and gravitas to communicate complex financial matters to the top leadership team

• Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, financial modeling skills would be a plus

• Ability to take ownership for delivering projects with a high degree of autonomy

• Collaboration skills and ability to work well both as part of a team and independently

• Excellent time management skills and demonstrated record of working on a number of projects simultaneously

• High proficiency in terms of written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and explain complex concepts in clear and succinct manner
