Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting a regionally renowned Insurer to source for a Finance Transformation AVP.
The incumbent will champion and lead change management initiatives to transform the current Group Finance and Actuarial Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will plan, review and design the target operating state encompassing digital transformation and should include but is not limited to process re-engineering, smart workflows, RPA and others.
Lead/support the end-to-end process optimisation across the division and digitalizing the Finance Function.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should have a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications with minimum 8 years of working experiences, with at least 3-5 years operated under a change environment.
You must have change management skills and knowledge and strong organizational, communication and time management skills
