Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is currently sourcing for a Financial Crime, VP for a growing Investment Bank. Reporting to the MLRO, you will take assist in managing the AML/CFT risk and ensure the group is comply to MAS regulations and group AML/CFT policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will provide AML/CFT advice and ensure adequate financial crime prevention measures are adopted in accordance to regulations and policies.
You will support the MLRO in managing the FCC program and perform gap analysis on regulatory development. You review internal policies and procedures to meet best practices, regulatory and industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Financial Crime covering Investment Banking or Wealth Management
Proven ability to engage, collaborate, influence, and negotiate with key senior stakeholder.
Sound knowledge of MAS AML notices & guidelines
Result oriented to ensure sounds implementation of control and compliance processes/procedures
