Job description
FP&A Manager (Singapore country focused) with a High Growth Consumer Leader
Responsibilities:
In an individual contributor capacity and reporting directly into the Senior FP&A Manager, this FP&A Manager will be responsible for the end to end FP&A activities for the various business lines within their Singapore market.
Having worked within lean teams with less structure in place, this position will be critical in supporting the leadership team seated here with the below responsibilities:
- Leading the forecasting process and steps as well as coordinating input to the forecast with divisions and verticals;
- Building and owning the financial model and templates;
- Delivering on the final budget and forecast confirmed with all stakeholders;
- Leading management reporting and follow up analysis towards budget and forecast;
- Supporting with driving company profitability and growth by analysing revenues and costs as well as new initiatives and business cases;
- Ensuring financial reporting is accurate and is submitted within the deadline set by the group;
- Building a strong communication structure, collating relevant information impacting profitability and ensuring awareness of key stakeholders on financial performance
Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant CPA / CA, and Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of hands-on & strategic FP&A experience, ideally within FMCG industries
- Strong Excel (VBA / Macro) and Cognos system skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
