Job description

My client, a leading bank, is looking for an experienced internal communications person to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prioritising impact of change initiatives and needs for the Business Unit
  • Designing and implementing communications strategy tailoring to target audience
  • Identifying and maintaining communication channels to facilitate effective communication delivery across the organization
  • Managing implementation of strategic programs and organizational communications ensuring quality and consistency to brand standard
  • Managing content development and reviewing of communications for high visibility projects
  • Developing communications and engagement plans to ensure successful implementation
  • Managing webpages, online or print newsletters and social media content to drive effectiveness of communication  

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with at least 8-10 years’ experience in internal communications of which 5 years leading change communications for large scale transformation projects
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
