Job description
Reporting to Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager is responsible for the development and implemention of all initiatives to help build employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting day to day internal communications and working closely with business units on updates
- Developing and designing presentation content
- Creating content for intranet in the form of articles, posts, videos and photos
- Managing editorial calendar
- Planning and executing townhalls, forums and conventions
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with 6 to 8 years of working experience in communications, public relations and/or corporate affairs
- Self-starter who is adept at responding quickly and thoughfully
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
