We are working with a leading Financial Services to search for an IT Helpdesk lead.
As the IT Helpdesk lead, you will be responsible for managing the deployment, development, maintenance, support, and upgrade of the systems (including workstations, servers, and storage).
You are also responsible for manging end user computing corporate emails, MS SharePoint, Remote working (VPN), conferencing systems, file and print servers.
As the lead, you are responsible for managing, supervising, and coaching the team and also to manage vendors and project implementation.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science
At least 8 years of relevant experience
Experienced in Microsoft Windows technologies
Experienced in system migration
Experienced in office 365 implementation
