Job description
Our client is a Global hedge fund with strong presence in APAC. Due to an expansion need, they are currently looking to hire a Legal executive to support their team based here in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of legal, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and co-ordinating all legal documents such as: Investment Management Agreements/ Sub-Delegation Agreements, Funds Offering Documents, Distribution/ Placement Agreements, Brokerage/ Trading related Agreements, Service Provider Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Other Corporate Agreements

Providing legal support to cross border commercial activities in South East Asia

Monitoring, interpreting and advising on new laws, rules and regulations which may impact the Company and its business
To be successful, individual must possess:

A recognized degree in Law

At least 2- 3 years’ experience

Ability to work in a dynamic and high pressured environment with long working hours

Quick learner, strong in excel
