Job description
Newly Created Enterprise Risk Management role with a High Growth International Business at Group level
Directly reporting into the Senior Manager, Group Enterprise Risk Management; the role holder will be supporting with the reinvigoration and upskilling of the overall enterprise risk management processes for the group.
Key Responsibilities
Design, Develop, Operationalize and Rollout Enterprise Risk (ERM) Management Framework and Policy
Develop and Standardize Risk Template and enhance current templates to fit the IAF framework
Translate strategic direction and objective by Senior Mgt Team or Head of Risk
Engage stakeholders on ERM matters including identify potential risk elements, changing landscape, identify key controls to address division / regional offices risk whilst documenting them
Identify new risk on project activities with the wider team member whilst being an advisor to the business
Lead risk training and impart risk mindset and culture whilst undertaking training and reviews with stakeholders
Develop quarterly newsletter on Risk Awareness as part of harnessing a Risk Awareness Culture within the group
Skills/Experience:
Reputable degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Management or Risk Management
Professional certification in relevant fields such as Enterprise Risk Management, BCM/BCP, and/or PDPA / Data Protection would be advantageous
Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant enterprise risk management, governance or BCM experience; with strengths in the breadth of ERM risk management, as well as BCM/BCP preferred
Proven experience with defining, implementing, and drafting policies pertaining to operational and business risk management, will be preferred
Strong preference for candidates from within commercial industry segments
Experience in governance, control development and strong understanding of risk framework
Ability to understand broader business issues
Proven track record with finance transformation & change leadership
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Strong ability to influence senior key stakeholders, including board members
