Job description
This is an exciting role for a dynamic individual who is keen to develop a career in recruitment with a multi-award international executive search firm.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will predominantly focus on deploying various sophisticated platforms and available research tools; to research and map the market out proactively across various industry segments. Proactive identification and engagement with candidates across levels (including C-suite leaders), as well as bringing these talent and matching them with suitable market opportunities will be the key focus. Rigorous on job training will be provided for a keen learner with resilience towards achieving, and a collaborative team playing approach to work.
There is flexibility for the selected individual to join either in a candidate focused consulting role, or in an end-to-end 360 consulting capacity. For an aspiring executive search consultant, identifying, targeting, and developing of new clientele can be added to this individual’s portfolio.
Joining a high performing, established and well networked team of 4; this serves as an excellent platform for you to learn from the experienced and highly regarded seniors; both on the candidate and client management cycles required of a full-fledged recruitment consultant.
Key Requirements:
A good University degree preferably in the Accounting & Finance function, given the need to specialise in this segment
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Proactive and hungry to learn, deliver and achieve individually and with the team
Self-driven work attitude, meticulous, resourceful and with a strong passion for delivering only quality work
Keen learning attitude, collaborative team playing approach to work, proven ability to problem solve
High energy levels to proactively engage with candidates and clients across the market
