Job description
We represent our client, a global US listed electronics manufacturer with global footprints, there is now an opportunity for a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead a team to oversee the recruitment cycle across region. This includes identifying talent for regional roles, providing talent advise to senior stakeholders, managing vendors and handling early career programs. Being the point of contact for internal stakeholders and potential employees, the ability to communicate is a key.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of talent acquisition experience in MNC companies and 3 years in people managerial role. You are familiar with applicant tracking system, possesses solid grasp of employment laws in Singapore and come across as highly motivated, adaptable, and confident to take initiatives in a dynamic environment.
