Cindy Koo

Cindy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

She began her professional career in a recruitment agency, where she worked her way into managing a team focusing on Permanent, Contractual and Temporary mandates in the Banking and Financial sector. Prior to joining Charterhouse, Cindy had worked as a Senior Technology Recruiter in an e-commerce multinational company, specializing in talent recruitment within Asia.

With her experience in the HR and recruitment industry, Cindy takes pride in being able to provide clients with credible advice. She believes that a consultative approach - which entails understanding the needs of both clients and candidates - is key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, and to delivering top notch recruitment solutions.

Outside of work, Cindy is a committed foodie. On top of cooking and baking both savoury and sweet treats for those around her, she enjoys going on food adventures and checking off her list of “Must Try” foods.
