Job description
Charterhouse Partnership are supporting a reputable Financial Institution to source for a Regulatory Compliance AVP, this incumbent will drive and implement the Compliance Risk Management Framework and compliance requirements within the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will provide advisory on regulatory requirements to business units and be involved in new compliance initiatives/ projects. You will access the impact of new/ revised regulatory updates and conduct impact and gap analysis on these updates and partner with Business Units on the implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should have a Degree and at least 6-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance. In depth knowledge of MAS/LIA/GIA notices, guidelines and other regulatory requirements will be advantageous and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience in regulatory compliance
