Job description

As a well-funded, proven, and scalable start-up, our client has already developed an enviable account base. To fuel growth, they now have an exciting and new opening for a Sales Director to further build out their sales function by leveraging immediate C-suite contacts in regional banks.

 

As an experienced Sales Director, you will:

  • Drive vision, strategy and results through personal and team sales activity
  • Convert sales funnel into commercial success
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the wider company and board
  • Be responsible for driving greater results from a small but growing sales function
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support/snag roadmap activity
  • Advise on the packaging, pricing, and product showcasing
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Help scale commercial activities

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • With at least 10 years of years sales experience in technology solutions to banks
  • A proven track record of successfully selling software to financial services institutions
  • Those with experience in building through products
  • Inspirational candidates who have first-class communication and presentation skills, the ability to liaise at the highest of levels, and the commitment to deliver sales results in line with strategic objectives
  • Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team, product, and revenue growth)
  • Those with a high tempo/high-intensity approach to building and leading a sales funnel
  • Leaders who can implement diversity
