Senior FP&A Analyst (Regional)

Job description

Responsibilities:

• In an individual contributor capacity reporting directly into the Regional Finance Director, this position will be responsible for the full-fledged regional FP&A spectrum of activities. With at least 6 years of FP&A Business Partnering experience, you will be supporting the regional commercial team with consolidation of reports across the region, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow management & reporting, annual budgeting & forecasting, and SG&A planning.

• Leading and driving the regional budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying trends, advising the country finance and commercial teams to further drive the business forwards will be required.

• Identifying and implementing scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies with adequate guidance will be expected. Leading of ad-hoc projects related to system and process improvements for the region will be expected.

• With solid strategies to continue driving the business’s exceptional growth, this Senior FP&A Analyst can look forward to achieving depth of learning to him/herself, and being viewed by the senior leadership team as a critical contributor towards the business’s growth ahead.

Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Accountancy and CPA/CA

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant regional financial planning & analysis experience

• Proven track record as a financial business partner for the APAC region

• Hands on, detail oriented and meticulous at work

• Independent, self-driven and proactive profile required

• SAP system skills and advanced Excel skills highly preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders
