Job description
We are pleased to partner our client who is a commodities company with global footprint, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Talent Management Manager to join the team in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will design and implement talent management frameworks, leadership development strategy and succession planning ensure continuity of leadership within the organisation.
You will drive robust employee communications and partner with key internal stakeholders and business leaders on talent initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of Talent Management and/or People Development experience.
You will have solid grasp of talent management issues and come across as highly motivated, and confident to take lead initiatives or projects in a dynamic environment.
