Job description
This role sits within the IT Security team, overseeing the Technology Risk Management function.
You will be responsible for aligning IT Security and compliance requirements, and implementation of tools and processes (eg. DevSecOps, end point, DLP)
You will also be working closely with the regional IT Security team, to roll out and align security standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience in effecting MAS regulatory guidelines(e.g. MAS TRM Notice & Guidelines, Outsourcing guideline, Business Continuity, etc)
Good project management experience
Experience operating in a risk or control environment
Able to articulate problem statement, conceptualize solutions and getting buy-in
Experience in setting up and executing transformation initiatives
Ability to develop and implement effective change management and communication strategies, with a focus on enabling transformation.
Proficient with gathering, modelling, and analysing data to test hypotheses and quantify opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
Experience in management consulting, technology, banking or financial services preferred.
Effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills are criteria.
Strong presentation skills
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology; specialization in Cybersecurity preferred CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CISA certification will be advantageous.
