Job description

A leading bank in Singapore is currently looking for a self-starter to join them.

Job responsibilities:

• Managing business priorities with internal business partners based on financial drivers, marketing calendar and performance insights

• Applying deep understanding of analytics to identify the best solutions to business problems

• Co-ordinating with local stakeholders to drive campaign management

• Identifying target and improvement opportunities to drive customer acquisitions and increase retention

• Conducting end-to-end analysis (data gathering, requirement specification and tracking results) and presenting to key stakeholders

• Leading and coaching a team of analysts to deliver data extraction, campaign analytics and auditing

• Ensuring compliance to internal controls and processes

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or other related field
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in analytics with at least 3 years in a team lead role
• Prior experience in Banking/Financial Services will be preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in using advanced analytics tools like R, Python and SAS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management skills
