Job description
We are working with a leading bank in Asia with global network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for someone senior to lead the bank End User Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of End User Services, you will partner closely with various stakeholders on business requirements for end-user services.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of new solutions or enhancements to enhance the digital workspace for the bank.
You will also be responsible for analysing end-user services conditions and recommending alternative technologies to improve service quality with high level of performance.
As the team lead, you will be responsible for leading a regional team across APAC region.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
10 - 15 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
(a) Experienced in managing end user computing (Desktop Imaging (Windows & Mac), Microsoft 365, Video/voice conferencing, Telephony, MDM/Intune, SCCM, Application packing,
Windows GPOs)
(b) Experienced in managing desktop support team
(c) Experienced in managing / developing next generation digital workspace
