Job description
My client is a leading regional bank and they are looking for a VP, Social Media & Content Marketing to join the regional team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global and country teams to lead the development and execution of the social and content strategy
- Scale from broad-based regional campaigns to deep dive projects targeting country specific initiatives
- Working closely with the markets to help build country marketing plans
- Partnering with product owners between Cards and Retail Banking to deliver the digital acquisition strategy, execution and optimization of paid and owned campaigns across digital touch-points
- Build a marketing evaluation framework to review ROI
- Serve as a subject matter expert to evaluate and ensure profitable returns on their marketing budgets
- Design customer-centric digital sales experience with a mobile first approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with min 10 years of experience in digital marketing especially in social media and content marketing
- Expertise in building and running social and content initiatives
- Familiarity with web traffic tools and personalization/testing platforms
- Experience in managing large and complex projects across multiple countries and different time zones
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
