VP – System Analyst (Work Day)

Job description

​We are working with a leading bank in Asia with Global Network. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for a VP - System Analyst (Work Day) to join their Singapore Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the SME expert in Workday HCM, provide support for the team suite of HR applications such as SuccessFactors, Learning, SAP HR

• Consults with users to identity, define and documents business needs

• Manage end users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consults in the designing configuration, testing and maintenance of the existing or new systems to achieve optimal operational performance and quality

• Collaborate with multiple teams and vendors to analyse requirements, perform impact analysts for enhancements

• Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions which include but not limited to infrastructure, licenses, development and support.

• Manage the functional specifications, design, build, test and deploy the solutions in accordance with specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

• Working experience: At least 8 years in HR technology delivery roles within software delivery life cycle

• Hands-on experience delivering Workday integration configurations for example Core Connector/PECI/WECI/PIFCOF, EIB, RaaS, Workday Studio
