Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive business requirements together with business users.
Translate business cases into functional requirements.
Perform IT solutioning, together with IT stakeholders, taking into consideration the application landscape.
Support in project planning to estimate budget, resources and duration.
Support IT project managers in the execution of large project
Perform a junior IT PM role for smaller projects.
Perform SIT and support / facilitate user testing
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with min 8 years working experience in IT industry.
Min. 5 years of work experience as BA in the domain in the banking industry.
Good knowledge on KYC / On-Boarding / Customer Lifecycle Management.
Basic knowledge on IT project management and SDLC.
Strong stakeholder management skill.
A team player with proactive personality and rise to challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
PMP certified is a plus.
