Job description
Our client a global investment firm is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across technology and business teams, ensuring flawless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. This is your opportunity to own delivery from start to finish while championing Agile best practices and enabling continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams
Remove roadblocks and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks
Act as the glue between Engineering, QA, Quant, Platform, and Business Units
Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently
Align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals and customer needs
Champion Agile – facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
Manage risks and escalate critical issues with urgency and clarity
Implement KPIs and metrics to drive team efficiency and accountability
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
6 years’ experience in project or delivery management, ideally in tech or financial services
Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
