We are working with a leading global bank in Asia. As part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to drive the search for an IT Service Desk Expert.
Reporting to the regional Head of IT, you will be responsible for providing first line of investigation and diagnoses.
As the IT Service Desk Expert, you will be responsible for logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and priorization codes.
You will also be working closely wit IT team to ensure continuous feedback for improvement.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
5 years of relevant experience
Experienced in Major Incident Management
Excellent communication skills
Strong Knowledge in IT Security Practices
