Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead the Team as Project Manager in the development of End User Tools using RPA, MSAccess and Excel Macros using VBA
•Facilitate in system function and workflow design
•Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User/ System issues, managingvendors, resources, budgets and schedules
•Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Project
•Provide training and guidance to Team members
•Prepare reports to Management if required
•Evaluation of User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis
•Evaluation of system effectiveness and cycle time
•Preparation of System and Operation manuals
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Banking Operations
•At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in developing End User Tools using RPA, MSAccess and Excel Macros using VBA
•Prior experience in IT Project Management/ Development will be an advantage
•Good knowledge in system design and control
•Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)
