Fund Operations Manager

Job description

​We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Investment Operations team. This role supports investment funds and VCC platforms, covering fund launches, platform governance, service provider oversight, and stakeholder management within a regional asset management environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate end-to-end fund launches, restructurings, and terminations, including fund documentation and engagement with legal, tax, and service providers

• Manage day-to-day administration of investment funds and VCC platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and policy accuracy

• Oversee custodians, fund administrators, and transfer agents in line with agreed SLAs and service standards

• Support fund platform changes such as new share classes, hedging structures, swing pricing, and performance fees

• Involve in looking at the compliance related portion in relation to onboarding of the new funds

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund services, fund administration, or asset management operations

• Strong working knowledge of fund vehicles, particularly Luxembourg SICAVs and Singapore VCCs

• Solid understanding of fund operations across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equity, Mutual Funds, Derivatives)
