Job description
We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to lead strategic engagements, vendor management, and service performance initiatives within our post-trade operations environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Engagement & Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with custodians, counterparties, and clients to align services with business priorities
• Negotiate fees, contracts, and service levels to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery
• Conduct due diligence and risk-based performance reviews of vendors and custodians
Project Management
• Support and coordinate service provider RFPs and cross-functional initiatives
• Drive clear timelines, communication, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Service Performance & Risk Management
• Oversee KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Develop operational risk frameworks and leverage predictive analytics to mitigate risks
Regulatory & Market Monitoring
• Represent the firm in regulatory engagements
• Assess impact of regulatory and market structure changes and recommend operational enhancements
Digital Transformation
• Champion AI-enabled monitoring and reporting solutions
• Partner with IT to integrate technology platforms into operational workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in post-trade operations or financial services
• Strong understanding of post-trade processes and regulatory landscape
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of China financial market infrastructure is advantageous
• Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Python, SQL, and AI tools is a plus
