​Charterhouse is partnering a Payment Solutions who is hiring for a Compliance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic individuals who looking to grow within a fast-paced environment, whilst working in a varied position as the Compliance Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be ensuring adherence to the Payment Services Act 2019 and relevant regulations in Singapore, as well as internal compliance policies and standards.

You will be responsible in overseeing and implementing procedures and processes governing company’s compliance program, with a focus on AML/KYC processes and collaborate with regulatory authorities, promptly addressing regulatory inquiries, and proactively communicating compliance issues and reportable events.

You will take ownership in delivering necessary training on Singapore regulatory requirements and actively advising the SG team and management on compliance matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

You should be degree educated with at least 4 years of compliance experience within banking or financial services. In-house compliance experience in a payment business or financial services business will be highly advantageous, and due to the nature of the role, you should have a strong understanding of PSA.
