Job description
Charterhouse Partnership is supporting a regionally renowned Financial Institution to source for a Compliance Project AVP candidate, this incumbent will lead a small team to roll out compliance related projects and drive digital transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Head of Group Compliance, the incumbent will assist to drive the implementation of risk management & compliance systems within Group and acts as a subject matter expert for system related functionalities and bridge users with Group IT and any other relevant external parties on the business requirements and technical designs.
You will drive adoption of new technology and digital transformations (such as AI/ ML projects, data analytics) within the department to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, you should possess a degree in IT/ Business Management/Finance with 7 years of experience in system implementation, process improvement, project management or analytics.
You should also have sound IT knowledge, including risk and compliance systems architecture and functionalities.
The ability to understand and/or write IT programming language (e.g. SQL, Python, R) will be an added value.
