Job description

Our client is the most complete SAAS based social media management system for the enterprise. It is currently working with 50 percent of the Fortune 50, 9 of the world’s 10 most valuable brands, and many other beloved companies across every vertical in the world. Currently looking for Inside Sales Manager to be part of a dynamic, motivated, and high-powered Enterprise Sales Team that is on a mission to be the best enterprise sales team there is.

To be successful, individual must possess:

  • You have 3-5 years of software sales experience meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when dealing with complex business process, prospecting and opportunities
  • Extensive SFDC knowledge 
  • Ability to lead Inside Sales team and report to a global management structure and consistently achieving team quota 
  • Passionate to work with fast-growing startups and the tools they deem necessary (pulling and analyzing reports in SalesForce, crowd-sharing Google technology, etc.)
  • An inquisitive learner, intellectually curious and a trailblazer with creative ideas never settling for the status quo 
  • Humble and confident in the abilities and see your future in management
  • You’re a dreamer and believe just because something has never been done, doesn’t mean it can’t be
