The successful candidate will be joining a global support team that supports various Risk and P&L systems used globally. The team plays a key role, liaising between the business, IT development and other support and technical teams.
Assist troubleshoot and resolving incidents and problems on supported application.
Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
Develop, maintain and support Disaster Recovery plans on the weekend (bi-annual exercise).
Participate in improving our monitoring and alerting tools for the support team to be more proactive on incident resolution and prevention.
Strong verbal and written skills,
Excellent multitasking skills.
Willingness to consistently learn.
Able to work efficiently, unsupervised or remotely
Some exposure to financial sector
Basic understanding of Risk and P&L terms
ITIL basic knowledge or understanding between incident tickets and problem tickets.
