Job description
We are working with a leading firm and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a 6-months contract L3 Network Engineer
You are responsible for designing and implementing network solutions including LAN/WAN, VPN, WLAN, and RAVPN technologies.
As a L3 Network Engineer, you will be working closely with Level 1 and Level 2 engineers to provide support and to resolve complex network issues.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of Network Security Technologies (Firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN Appliances)
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 8 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
Experienced in routing protocols eg. OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
Strong knowledge in Network Security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN appliances
Experienced in Network Monitoring tools (eg SolarWinds, Nagios or PRTG
