We are working with a leading firm to search for a Regional IT Support Lead.
Provide technical support for ASEAN offices
Responsible for IT operations and projects with End User IT Services for ASEAN offices.
Working with senior stakeholders to deploy projects and manage capacity.
Review and maintain knowledge on all purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s in IT-related discipline
At least 3 -5 years of relevant experience
Experienced in level 2 support
Experienced in Microsoft Entra and Office 365
Strong Knowledge on Microsoft 365, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
